Linda Kennedy and her husband are wonderful people and excellent breeders of portuguese water dogs. This was our first time getting a puppy and Linda was generous, professional, and patient with our questions. You can tell that she loves her dogs and cares for them sincerely. RE :  Kamolot Kennels

I’m very pleased to be able to write this recommendation for Kamolot Kennels, operated by Linda and David Kennedy. 

We recently purchased a PWD puppy from them that we named Duke.  He’s an absolutely lovely pup and we just love him.  He adjusted quickly to our home and family routine and is turning out to be a very bright and active dog. 

Linda and David were terrific throughout the process.  Once we met the puppy (at 4 weeks) and decided he was the one for us,  Linda did a good job of keeping us informed of his progress up to the day we picked him up. She was also great at going through all the paper work, particularly the information about the various tests and vet reports attesting to the health of the dog. 

The facilities (kennels and their home) were spotless and all the dogs (and they do have a number of them!) are very well cared for, appear to be socially adjusted and are most certainly loved! 

All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend them highly.

We are very pleased with our dogs and with our dealings with Linda & Dave. My husband and I purchased two from the same litter born in June

2005 and a third from the litter born November 2006. We felt like we were welcomed as part of the family when we got our dog and we wouldn't dream of getting a dog anywhere else.

We trust the Kennedy's and found them to be exceptional in their care of their dogs.  What I particularly liked was that we were invited and encouraged to visit the pups (and their parents) frequently before they came home with us.  The pups are cared for in the kitchen of the home where they are close to the family and able to interact with visitors.  In fact, all of our dogs were very well socialized and responded calmly in a wide variety of situations after they came to our home.  We have had no health problems with our dogs, they are robust, energetic and full of curiosity!

Our dogs from Kamolot Kennels are loving, smart, joyful and silly. 

Each has a very distinct personality but all have gentle dispositions, especially around little children. I would absolutely recommend Kamolot Kennels. Linda and David are caring individuals who understand the breed, and breeding very well.
